Job Description

Greetings to all !!   Keiretsu is currently hiring for a renowned corporation for the role of Sales Manager      
Experience :- 3-5 years (atleast 2 years in real estate )
Location :- Mumbai 
Responsibilities:
- Identify and connect with existing and potential channel partners (CPs) in Mumbai and outstation areas
- Revive relationships with old CPs through in-person meetings
- Acquire new CPs from prospective territories
- Host site orientations and meetings to build comfort and trust
- Activate CPs to generate leads and walk-ins- Collaborate with CPs to prioritize selling the product- Devise schemes and offers to accelerate sales (e.g., vouchers, discounts)
- Communicate these to CPs and ensure timely updates
- Coordinate with CPs for smooth invoice raising and payment processes
- Ensure timely brokerage disbursements through CRM
- Gather market and competitor information regularly
- Analyze differentiators and adjust sales strategies accordingly
