Job Description:
a) Participating in the E-tendering Process: Engage actively in the e-tendering process, ensuring thorough understanding and compliance with all requirements. Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to prepare and submit competitive bids on time, adhering to quality standards.
b) Client Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and concerns. Act as a primary point of contact for clients, providing timely responses and resolution to queries and issues.
c) Logistics Management: Coordinate logistics operations efficiently to ensure timely delivery of products and services to clients. Monitor and optimize logistics processes to enhance productivity and minimize costs.
d) After Sales Service: Provide excellent after-sales support to clients, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and effectively. Conduct follow-up activities to ensure customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
e) MIS Reports on Vehicle, Stock, and Sales: Generate comprehensive MIS reports on vehicle inventory, stock levels, and sales performance. Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement, supporting informed decision-making.
f) Client Retention and Management: Implement strategies to enhance client retention and satisfaction, fostering loyalty and repeat business. Proactively identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services to existing clients.
