Responsibilities:
Set sales targets and develop strategies to achieve them
Manage and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets
Monitor and analyze sales metrics to ensure sales targets are being met
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients
Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities
Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to upper management
Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
Coach and mentor team members to improve their sales skills
