Job Description

Dear All, 

We have a open sales manager position in the organized offline team and looking to hire zealous Individuals who are comfortable to work in and individual capacity and fulfill there dreams. 

Qualifications:

Excellent leadership and communication skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients

Knowledge of sales techniques and best practices

Ability to motivate and inspire team members

Strong negotiation and closing skills

In-depth understanding of market trends and competitor analysis


Responsibilities:

Set sales targets and develop strategies to achieve them

Manage and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets

Monitor and analyze sales metrics to ensure sales targets are being met

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients

Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities

Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to upper management

Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction

Coach and mentor team members to improve their sales skills
