As a Sales Manager at Eterna, you will be instrumental in driving our sales efforts in Tamil Nadu and Andhra Pradesh. You will play a pivotal role in developing and executing sales strategies, establishing key client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue goals and expand market share in Tamil Nadu and Andhra Pradesh.
Leverage your strong connections within the manufacturing industries to identify and engage potential customers for big-ticket sales in CCTV, fire alarm, and entrance control products.
Effectively present the company, its products, and services to clients, showcasing our unique value proposition.
Handle end-to-end sales processes including documentation, negotiation, finalization, and post-sale coordination.
Prepare and execute a comprehensive sales plan for monthly and quarterly projections.
Qualifications:o Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
o Proven track record of success in sales, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
o Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
o Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking tools.
