Responsibilities:
Developing plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company’s sales goals.
Managing the sales teams, operations, and resources to deliver profitable growth.
Defining optimal sales force structure and managing hiring to scale the team appropriate to market conditions and opportunities.
Setting individual sales targets with the sales team, and tracking performance and adjusting strategies as needed.
Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team by tracking sales goals, setting individual sales targets, and facilitate the ongoing training of sales personnel.
Driving the sales team towards high performance by conducting reviews, appraisals, and offering constructive feedback.
Working closely with the marketing team to ensure consistent lead generation.
Collaborating with senior executives to establish and execute a sales goal for the region.
Managing detailed reporting of sales metrics and KPIs, adjusting sales techniques and strategies based on data analysis.
