We're looking for someone to lead a team of 5-8 people in handling daily enquiries and follow-up negotiations. Track monthly targets of the team and ensure smooth order fulfillments. Healthcare / Chemicals / Pharma background is a preference but not a dealbreaker.

The role of Sales Manager - Customer Relationship Management is a key leadership role in the Commercial Team. This role is expected to not just independently lead the CRM and Order Fulfilment function, but also liaise effectively with other departments such as Purchase, Pricing, Accounts etc. to ensure our customers receive high quality products at the best price in the fastest possible time. The incumbent shall be expected to ensure quick turn-around times and high order fulfilment rates in a highly dynamic and competitive industry. The function is a key pillar for organizational strategy and there’s immense scope for learning and growth of the incumbent.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
1) Manage a team of CRM & order fulfilment executives to:
a) Receive requests for quotation & orders
b) Negotiate prices with customers when needed
c) Track orders and ensure timely delivery
d) Ensure quality & quantity of dispatched products is as ordered
e) Maintain order details in (e.g. customers, quantities, prices) in internal databases
f) Maintain updated records of dispatched products & delivery information
g) Prepare reports on sales, including customer-wise sales trends etc.
h) Monitor stock levels and request additional stocks as needed
i) Coordinate with the Technical team to ensure proper documentation accompanies the quotations& dispatched product
2) Work with Field Sales team to continuously adapt internal prioritization in line with market requirements
3) Effectively collaborate with Pricing team to support margin encrement
4) Liaise with Procurement team to drive quick turn around
5) Ensure high customer loyalty. Make sure that BioOrganics is the preferred vendor for all major customers
6) Ensure high customer satisfaction levels – continuously Improve Customer NPS
7) Raise & resolve issues with customers where necessary especially around accounts receivable
8) Liaise with Accounts to ensure that payment for all customer invoices is received as per the payment schedule
9) Identify & Drive operational metrics for the team and the function as a whole
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
1) Graduate in any stream. Post Graduate (in Science esp. Organic Chemistry) preferred
2) At least 3 years of work experience in similar profiles involving CRM & Order Fulfilment. 5+ years of work experience preferred
3) Strong Leadership Capabilities. Experience of managing a team for at least 1 year (3+ years preferred)
4) Comfortable in using web-based productivity applications such as GSuite (Google Sheets, Google Docs etc.)
5) Knack for liaising with multiple teams and prioritizing customer service
6) A sense of ownership and willingness to stretch oneself to achieve the objectives is key to this role
7) The ideal candidate shall be a self-starter with a result oriented approach
8) Excellent interpersonal skills
