*Position Overview:*

As a Sales Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the exciting world of sales and business development. You will work closely with our experienced sales team to learn the ins and outs of the sales process and assist in various tasks to support our sales efforts. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Prospecting and Lead Generation: Assist in researching and identifying potential leads and prospects through various channels such as online research, social media, and industry databases.

Client Outreach: Support the sales team in reaching out to prospective clients via phone, email, and other communication channels to schedule appointments and introduce our products/services.

Sales Administration: Aid in maintaining accurate records of sales activities, including updating customer information, tracking sales progress, and generating sales reports.

Market Research: Conduct market research to gather information on industry trends, competitor analysis, and customer needs to help identify new business opportunities.

Assisting in Sales Presentations: Assist in preparing sales presentations and materials for client meetings and presentations.

Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

*Requirements:*

- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Sociology, or related field.

- Strong interest in user-centered design principles and methodologies.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities.

- Proficiency in conducting user research activities such as interviews, surveys, and usability tests is a plus.

- Familiarity with tools such as Qualtrics, UserZoom, or UsabilityHub is a plus.
