- Work experience (in years) :- 1-3Years
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Must have experience working with Builders and Developers and not with Channel Partners
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with HNI clients to ensure repeat business.
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting of sales activities and results.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the luxury residential market.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective marketing campaigns and promotions.
• Provide guidance and support to the sales team to ensure achievement of targets.
• Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing of deals.
• Participate in negotiations and prepare contracts and agreements.
