As we expand, we are looking for an experienced Sales Executive to join our dynamic team and help grow our online presence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Customer Engagement: Proactively engage with customers through phone, email, chat, and social media to offer product recommendations, answer queries, and resolve concerns.
• Sales Growth: Achieve sales targets by promoting our saree collections and upselling products.
• Product Knowledge: Stay up to date with product details, fabrics, design trends, and inventory to provide expert advice to customers.
• Order Management: Assist customers in placing orders, tracking deliveries, and ensuring a smooth shopping experience.
• CRM Management: Maintain accurate customer records, manage leads, and follow up on sales opportunities.
• Market Research: Identify and act on potential sales opportunities, including festivals, weddings, and other cultural events.
• Feedback Collection: Gather and report customer feedback to help improve our products and services.
Qualifications:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the fashion or e-commerce industry.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Strong communication skills in regional languages.
• Familiarity with traditional Indian sarees and fabrics is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Skills:
