Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Executive to promote our mutual fund and insurance products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial services, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping clients secure their financial futures. This role requires the ability to build relationships, educate clients, and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Client Acquisition: Identify and engage potential clients through networking, referrals, and outreach efforts.
• Product Knowledge: Maintain comprehensive knowledge of our mutual fund and insurance offerings, staying updated on market trends and regulations.
• Sales Presentations: Conduct informative presentations and meetings to educate clients about the benefits of our products.
• Relationship Management: Develop and nurture strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales goals for both mutual funds and insurance products.
• Market Research: Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to identify new business opportunities.
• Compliance: Ensure all sales activities comply with regulatory standards and internal policies.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales, with a focus on financial services, mutual funds, or insurance preferred.
• Strong understanding of mutual funds and insurance products.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., AMFI, NISM, IRDA) are a plus.
