Sales Executive - Lead Generation (Andheri & Vile Parle East)

We're seeking a motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our team and focus on lead generation in Andheri and Vile Parle East.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify potential investors and buyers in the assigned territory (Andheri & Vile Parle East).
- Conduct targeted outreach through phone calls, email marketing, and networking events.
- Schedule appointments and conduct informative presentations to educate prospects on investment opportunities.
- Build rapport with potential clients, understand their needs, and present investment solutions that align with their goals.
- Qualify leads and convert them into paying clients.
- Maintain accurate records of all lead interactions.
- Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and close deals.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or a related field.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of real estate investment opportunities (a plus).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Highly motivated, self-driven, and results-oriented.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software (a plus).
