Job Description

We're seeking an energetic and motivated individual to take charge Sales responsibilities and drive our team to new heights

Job Title: Sales Executive / Lead - B2B

Experience: 0 – 4 Years

Location: Chennai & Bangalore


Responsibilities:

  • Utilize networking, prospecting, and referrals to discover and develop new business opportunities.
  • Cultivate and nurture connections with customers to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer preferences and identify potential sales prospects.
  • Present and communicate the unique qualities and advantages of Book water’s products and services to prospective customers.
  • Exceed monthly and annual revenue goals through effective sales techniques and relationship building.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and implement sales strategies and marketing campaigns.
  • Provide regular sales reports and updates to management, including projections, pipeline analysis, and market trends.
  • Participate in trade shows, conferences, and networking events to increase awareness of Book water and expand our customer base.
  • Stay up to date with market developments, competitor product offerings, and best sales practices.
  • Continuously enhance your knowledge and skills to adapt to evolving sales methods and customer needs.
  • Manage CRM entries to ensure accurate and up-to-date customer information and sales activity tracking.

 

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • MBA in Sales and Marketing or a related field is preferred, but candidates with a strong interest in sales are encouraged to apply.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Flexibility to travel as require
