This job role requires you to assist in sales and convert clients to take personal training, functional training, and services which the gym offers your role would also be to focus on lead convergence and get them to sign up for the gym membership along with that your role would be to enter the data of the members into the software we use.
· Greet and welcome the members and visitors at the front desk and provide them with the necessary information and assistance.
· Explain the gym facilities, services, programs, and membership plans to the potential customers and persuade them to join the gym.
· Follow up with the leads generated by the company or the referrals and convert them into sales.
· Offer personal training packages and renewals to the existing members and upsell them on the benefits and features.
· Make cold calls to the prospective customers and generate interest and appointments.
· Process the membership payments and issue receipts and invoices.
· Maintain accurate records of the customer data, sales transactions, and feedback in the CRM system.
· Ensure that every customer goes through an onboarding process and receives a fitness assessment, orientation, and personalized workout plan.
· Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and professionally.
· Follow the standard operating procedures and adhere to the gym policies and guidelines.
· Coordinate with the trainers, managers, and other staff members to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
· Achieve the monthly and quarterly sales targets and report the progress and performance to the management.
