Position Overview:
Codruth is seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong English communication skills, a passion for marketing and sales, and the ability to drive product sales through online platforms and webinars. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or individuals with 0-1 year of experience looking to grow their career in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
-Develop and execute sales strategies to promote Codruth’s products and services.
-Conduct product presentations and webinars to generate leads and drive online sales.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
-Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales efforts with promotional campaigns.
-Identify new market opportunities and customer needs.
-Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and report progress to management.
-Provide exceptional customer service and handle client inquiries effectively.
Qualifications and Requirements:
-Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration (BBA or MBA).
-Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
-Basic marketing and sales skills with a willingness to learn and adapt.
-Familiarity with online sales platforms and webinar tools is a plus.
-Goal-oriented mindset with strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
-Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Experience:
0 to 1 year of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field.
