We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team and contribute to our company’s growth.

Experience: 6 months to 2 years
Salary: ₹18,000 - ₹25,000 per month (depending on experience)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to clients.
- Negotiation & Deal Closure: Negotiate contracts effectively and close sales to achieve individual and team targets.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute successful sales campaigns and strategies.
- Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competition, and market conditions to provide valuable insights to the team.
- Reporting: Provide regular sales reports and updates to management to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience in sales, preferably in the software, IT, or FinTech industry.
- Skills:
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Goal-oriented with a strong drive to achieve sales targets and deadlines.
- Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the IT or FinTech sectors is essential.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools is a plus.
- Flexibility: Willingness to travel as needed.
