Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our team. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, prospecting potential clients, and closing sales deals. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong sales acumen, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities:
Identify and prospect potential clients through direct visits, networking, and referrals.Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and requirements.Present and demonstrate our products/services to clients effectively, highlighting their features and benefits.Close sales deals and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or issues.Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities.Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and other relevant documentation as required.Collaborate with the sales team, marketing department, and other stakeholders to develop strategies for business growth.Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote our products/services and expand our network
Requirements:
Freshers & Experience as a Sales Executive or similar role, preferably in Dairy Industry.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with a focus on closing deals and achieving targets.Self-motivated and result-oriented, with a drive to succeed and exceed sales goals.Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is desirable.
