The ideal candidate should have a strong network, excellent communication skills, and proven success in winning IT projects from emerging businesses. This role will focus on generating new leads, managing relationships, and closing deals to drive revenue growth for the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and target potential startup clients in need of custom IT solutions, including web development, enterprise applications, and cloud services.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand the company’s client base in the startup sector.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with startup founders, decision-makers, and other stakeholders.
Act as a liaison between clients and our development teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to align sales strategies with the latest industry needs.
Prepare and deliver effective presentations to prospective clients, highlighting the company's expertise and past success stories in delivering enterprise-grade IT solutions.
Collaborate closely with the technical team to scope client requirements and develop tailored proposals and solutions.
Track sales performance, generate reports, and provide feedback to senior management on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts.
Qualifications:
Proven experience (3+ years) in IT sales, particularly in selling services and solutions to startup companies.
Strong understanding of web development, enterprise application projects, and cloud computing solutions.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to develop long-term relationships and trust with startup founders and decision-makers.
A network of contacts within the startup community is highly desirable.
