Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate sales executive willing to join our sales team. They will be responsible for generating leads and achieving the sales target. As a sales executive, you should be enthusiastic and self motivated, who is capable of driving sales growth. Eventually, you should be able to build a relationship with potential clients and close sales.
Responsibilities:
Identify potential clients through various channels including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Evaluate clients' insurance needs and suggest appropriate product solutions.
Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.
Stay updated on industry trends, product updates, and regulatory changes.
Deliver presentations and demonstrations to potential clients to promote insurance products.
Negotiate terms and conditions of insurance policies with clients and underwriters.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and policy servicing.
Participate in training programs and continuing education to stay current with industry standards.
Skills:
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to understand and explain complex insurance products and services.
Valid insurance license as required by the state/professional body.
High motivation with a results-driven approach.
