Responsibilities:
Identify potential clients through various channels including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Evaluate clients' insurance needs and suggest appropriate product solutions.
Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.
Stay updated on industry trends, product updates, and regulatory changes.
Deliver presentations and demonstrations to potential clients to promote insurance products.
Negotiate terms and conditions of insurance policies with clients and underwriters.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and policy servicing.
Participate in training programs and continuing education to stay current with industry standards.
