Roles and Responsibilities:
Create new opportunities with existing customers by pitching up selling and cross selling.
Achieve sales quotas. Maintain customer databases and sales records.
Find new customers by following up on leads or making cold calls. Conduct research on potential customers. Address customer questions and concerns.
Building relationships and understanding customer needs.
Checking Customer Feedback and Use customer feedback to generate ideas about new features or products; Research and discover methods to increase customer engagement;
Maintaining and updating the lead generation database
Follow up on leads and inquiries.
Verify and track accounts using the firm's CRM system. Performs follow-up calls as needed
Perform required Sales Presentations to the customers.
Giving sales reports, analysing sales data, and providing regular updates to the sales manager of the company.
Qualification and Skills Required:
You have at least a year of experience working in a customer-facing role such as telecalling or Pre-Sales or Inside-Sales.
You have strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with demonstrable knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.
You have excellent interpersonal skills, research capabilities and essential analytical capabilities.
You are fluent in English, Hindi, and Kannada.
Candidates can have any degree with a knowledge of sales.
Working knowledge of data analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel.
Ability to forecast sales accurately, Strong time management and organisational skills.
