Job Description
The work involves:
1. **Lead Generation & Prospecting:**
- Identify potential leads and networking.
- Respond to inquiries via phone calls, emails, and in-person interactions.
- Generate and qualify leads through direct communication with prospects.
2. **Counseling & Sales Conversion:**
- Counsel prospective students and their parents on the available courses and programs.
- Present the value and benefits of the institute’s courses in alignment with the student’s goals.
- Convert inquiries into enrollments by providing detailed information about courses, fees, and payment options.
- Follow up with leads to close sales.
3. **Client Relationship Management:**
- Maintain ongoing relationships with enrolled students and their families to ensure satisfaction.
- Provide post-enrollment support and guidance for students.
4. **Market Research & Analysis:**
- Stay updated on competitors’ offerings and industry trends.
- Gather feedback from potential clients to enhance sales strategies and offerings.
5. **Sales Reporting:**
- Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales metrics.
- Provide reports on sales performance, lead conversion, and market insights to the management team.
