Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Customer service: Greeting customers, answering questions, and helping customers find products 
  • Sales: Promoting products, upselling, and meeting sales targets 
  • Inventory: Unpacking deliveries, stocking shelves, and rotating stock 
  • Administrative support: Assisting with prospecting, booking groups, and coordinating meeting space 
  • Store maintenance: Keeping the store clean and tidy 
  • Cash register: Managing cash registers 
  • Training: Assisting with the coordination and training of other staff 
  • Tracking: Tracking and reporting sales 
  • Feedback: Seeking feedback to improve customer service
Qualifications:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Basic math skills for handling transactions.
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
