Key Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction:
Assist customers with professionalism and enthusiasm. Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand their fitness and nutrition objectives, and offer tailored recommendations.
Plan Expertise:
Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our fitness and nutrition plan range.
Sales Achievement:
Drive sales performance by actively engaging with customers, promoting relevant plans, and achieving individual and team sales goals. Employ upselling techniques where appropriate to enhance the customer experience.
Consultative Selling:
Provide personalised consultations to help customers make well-informed decisions regarding their health and wellness needs. Communicate benefits and usage effectively.
Customer Service:
Address and resolve customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and efficiency. Foster a positive and supportive environment to build lasting customer relationships.
Qualifications:
Experience: Previous experience in sales is preferred, ideally in the fitness or nutrition sector.
Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and build relationships with customers. Demonstrated sales ability and a proactive approach to customer service.
Knowledge: Basic understanding of fitness and nutrition concepts. Willingness to continuously learn and stay informed about the industry trends and new plan offerings.
Availability: Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required. And willing to work from office.
