Job Description
Responsibilities:
Assist customers with product inquiries and provide recommendations.
Drive sales through effective communication and personalized customer service.
Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the point-of-sale.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and promotions.
Ensure the store is clean, well-organized, and adequately stocked.
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and store goals.
Participate in training programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
Qualifications:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer service orientation.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Basic math skills for handling transactions.
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
