Job SummaryWe are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. Key ResponsibilitiesSales Target Achievement:
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by the Sales Manager.
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to generate revenue.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and offer suitable solutions.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
Product Knowledge:
- Stay updated on product features, benefits, and pricing to offer accurate information to customers.
- Provide product demonstrations and suggest relevant products based on customer requirements.
Sales Operations:
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Track and update all sales activities in the CRM system regularly.
- Process orders, manage payments, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery.
Reporting & Feedback:
- Provide daily/weekly reports on sales progress, customer feedback, and market trends.
- Collaborate with the team to brainstorm new sales strategies and promotional activities.
Market Research:
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify new opportunities.
- Actively participate in sales training programs and team meetings to enhance skills.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):- Achievement of monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Number of new customers acquired.
- Customer satisfaction and retention rates.
- Accuracy and timeliness in reporting and CRM updates.
Required Skills & Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- 1-2 years of experience in sales or a related field.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to handle customer objections and negotiate effectively.
