Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshooting and resolve technical issue on-site or remotely
- Providing service and repairing of printers (Large Format Printers)
- Install, configure and test printers
- Assembling and disassembling of hardware parts
- Stay up-to-date with product developments and technical advancements
- Need to go on-field calls of customers
Requirements
- Effective communication and customer service skills
- Should be comfortable for field work
- Should have strong technical knowledge of printers
- Strong communication, interpersonal, customer service, and sales skills.
- The ability to relate technical information to nontechnical customers.
