We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales and Operations Executive to join our team and support our sales and operational functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Support:

  • Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales materials.
  • Create and update PowerPoint presentations for client meetings and internal reviews.
  • Support the development and execution of email marketing campaigns.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and support sales strategies.

• Operations Support:

  • Coordinate and schedule remote navigation audits with clients and internal teams.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and audit schedules.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and operational documents.
  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.

• Content Creation:

  • Develop engaging and informative content for marketing materials, including brochures, newsletters, and social media posts.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and manage content calendars.
  • Ensure all content aligns with the company’s brand and messaging.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
• Strong writing and content creation skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
