We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Operations Executive to join our dynamic team specializing in solar and technical projects. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales, managing project operations, and ensuring the successful delivery of solar energy solutions and other technical projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales and Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the solar and technical sectors. Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders to achieve sales targets.
- Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to streamline project activities.
- Technical Expertise: Utilize your knowledge of solar technologies and technical project requirements to provide accurate and insightful advice to clients and stakeholders. Assist in the preparation of technical proposals and presentations.
- Operational Efficiency: Implement and monitor processes to ensure effective project execution and operational efficiency. Resolve any issues or obstacles that may arise during the project lifecycle.
- Reporting and Documentation: Maintain detailed project records, prepare regular progress reports, and ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales and project management within the solar or technical industry.
- Strong understanding of solar technologies, technical project requirements, and industry trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Freshers having good knowledge of required skills can also apply.
