Bilingual Business Analyst (English/Russian) – Life Sciences IT Quality

Job Overview:

Seeking a skilled Bilingual Business Analyst, proficient in both English and Russian with good experience within pharmaceutical industry and expertise in software development life cycle (SDLC) phases, including requirements gathering, documentation and analysis. The role requires exceptional communication skills as well as ability to translate complex documents between English and Russian with accuracy and precision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Requirements Gathering and Analysis:

• Collaborate with stakeholders together, document, and analyze business and system requirements, ensuring alignment with SDLC best practices.

• Act as a liaison between business teams and technical teams to clarify requirements and drive project goals.

• Translation and Documentation:

• Translate business and technical documents from English to Russian and vice versa, ensuring high levels of accuracy and consistency.

• Create and maintain bilingual documentation to facilitate clear communication between Russian and English-speaking stakeholders.

• SDLC Expertise:

• Apply in depth knowledge of the SDLC phases (requirements, design, development, testing, deployment) to support software and system development projects.

• Ensure all phases of the SDLC are properly documented and managed.

• Pharmaceutical Industry Knowledge:

• Understanding the specific needs, regulations, and challenges of the Pharmaceutical Industry to provide tailored solutions.

• Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices to improve project outcomes.

• Bilingual Communication:

• Communicate fluently in both English and Russian, both written and verbal, with stakeholders, ensuring clarity in project discussions and documentation.

• Provide support to teams by translating conversations and written communications as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

• Fluency in both English and Russian (written and verbal).

• Proven experience in the pharmaceutical industry with strong understanding of SDLC phases.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Experience with translating technical documents between English and Russian is a plus.

• Familiarity with regulatory requirements in pharmaceutical domain is desirable
