Job Description

We welcome 20 Years above male candidates fresher or experinced person with ITI background/tenth passed/education back ground/RO TECHNICIANS.
We will give training for freshers.
We will provide best salary.

Go to customer places and install/repair company products.

 Responsibilities:

·         Visiting customer places to provide RO water purifier installations & service repairs

·         Completing all allocated jobs on site:  installation, service repair, and maintenance.

·         Educating or providing demos to the customers on product usage/maintenance.

·         Diagnosing technical issues and providing proper service solutions.

·         Adherence of customer appointments and closing jobs within company TAT.

·         To be used Mobile Apps for service calls attendance, closing and Updation in system

·         Generating service revenue and spare parts sales meeting Targets.

·         Sharing proper service invoices to customers upon purchase of services and spare parts. 

·         To be ensured soft skills at customer place: Dressing, grooming, communication and fairness
