Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Retail Store Manager at Shree Rudraksha in Pune. The Retail Store Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, manage customer service and satisfaction, implement store management strategies, and ensure retail loss prevention measures are in place.
Qualifications :
Customer-focused with a strong understanding of customer service principles
Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
Handling online lead portals
Excellent Communication skills
Store Management expertise
Retail Loss Prevention knowledge
Proven ability to drive sales and meet targets
Experience in inventory management and merchandising
Strong leadership and team management skills
Knowledge of spiritual products or industry is a plus
