Job Description
Attend all the customers that visit the store and show them the clothes and push for a sale! You should be comfortable speaking to customers and should know how to show them clothes as per their needs and requirements and should also know how to make a sale. Would help if you have experience in the retail store business behind a counter.
Responsibilities:
Greet and engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Assist customers in finding the products they are looking for and provide recommendations based on their needs.
Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including product displays and shelves.
Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system.
Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a timely and professional manner.
Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, promotions, and current sales trends.
Collaborate with team members to achieve team goals and contribute to a positive work environment.
Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and replenishing merchandise as needed.
Participate in training sessions and meetings to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
