Job Description

Position: Retail Sales Officer

Location : Navsari
For Caratlane Jewellery Sales provide information, process transactions, and promote sales.
Salary : Up to 14k + incentives

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business.

Offer product knowledge, advice, and assistance to help customers make informed jewelry selections.

Handle customer inquiries, requests, and concerns in a timely and efficient manner.

Meet or exceed sales targets by actively engaging with customers and closing sales.

Suggest complementary products and upsell to maximize revenue.

Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.

Maintain a deep understanding of the jewelry collections, including the diamonds, gemstones, and various metal types.

Stay updated on the latest jewelry trends and styles.

Educate yourself about the features and quality of the jewelry in the store.

Provide information on jewelry care and maintenance.
