Job Description

Experience in Home decor & Furnishing business. Should have good knowledge of curtains, sofa's, Bedsheets, flooring and any other item linked with home decor. Managing Sales Function and Customers, Resolve Problems and Answer Queries.

Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement: Greet customers, understand their needs, and guide them in selecting the best marble and home décor products.

Sales Execution: Drive sales by providing detailed product information, offering recommendations, and closing sales effectively.

Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our home décor offerings, including features, benefits, and trends.

Showroom Maintenance: Ensure the showroom is well-organized, clean, and visually appealing to customers.

Inventory Management: Assist in monitoring stock levels, restocking displays, and managing inventory.

Customer Service: Provide post-purchase support and build long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.

Sales Reporting: Track sales performance and report on key metrics to management.
