Job Description

Salesman for retail garments, only Gujarati, Marwadi, Marathi from Mumbai fresh or experience both welcome. Job timing 11.30 to 10 pm. Kids and menswear store, salary+ commission on sales, honest male candidate only contact. 

Responsibilities:
Engage with customers to identify their needs and recommend appropriate products.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Maintain a high level of product knowledge to answer customer queries effectively.
Handle customer complaints and provide solutions in a timely manner.
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
Manage merchandise displays and ensure that the retail space is well-organized.
Track and manage inventory levels, and report shortages or discrepancies.
Collaborate with team members to achieve store objectives.
Stay informed about market trends and competitors.

Skills:
Strong knowledge of sales principles and customer service practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle objections.
