1.       To handle the day to day running of the restaurant from all aspects i.e. kitchen, service & admin areas as well and making sure they run fluently

2.       Executive should be able to explain the food ingredients and recommend the food dish to the customer according to their need and preference along with taking orders from the customers.

3.       Inventory management, conducting stock counts and replenishing necessary supplies.

4.       Tracking and monitoring online orders and adhering to meet the deadlines efficiently.

5.       Make sure that food quality and presentation standards are in compliance with organization policies, perform routine inspections, and make corrections when needed.

6.       Resolving problem and conflict as they arise in the restaurant between team members, strategic making current Decision to improve efficiency of restaurant

7.       Monitoring the basic cleaning tasks, outlet atmosphere and team members behavior for creating a positive environment.

8.       Interacting with customers and obtaining their feedback about the food and services also ensuring to handle the customer conflict if arise and maintain the healthy environment.

9.       Manage the team members such as their attendance as per roaster, their shift, Hygiene as per company norms.
