Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

▪️Manage client relationships efficiently, ensuring smooth communication and service delivery

▪️Handle EPR Portal processes, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance

▪️Understand and manage E-Waste EPR and Recycler EPR processes, meeting regulatory requirements

▪️Oversee the Consent to Establish (CTE),Consent to Operate (CTO),and PCB NOC processes

▪️Knowledge of DPCC and WPCC procedures 

▪️Support specific Research project by collecting citations, analyse data under guidance of a supervisor.

▪️Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members to drive continuous improvement

▪️Maintain a strong focus on detail and quality assurance to ensure process flow efficiency

▪️Handle communication across multiple teams and stakeholders effectively

▪️Create schedules and monitor the timeliness of delivery
