Job Description:We are seeking a motivated Research Analyst/Programmer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in engineering (BE, ME) with expertise in problem-solving, research methodologies, and programming skills in Python, MATLAB, and Simulink.

Responsibilities:

Conduct research and analysis to support ongoing projects.
Develop algorithms and models using Python, MATLAB, and Simulink.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions.
Document and present findings and progress reports.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (BE, ME) or related field.
Proficiency in Python and MATLAB/Simulink is required.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
Experience in research methodologies and data analysis is preferred.
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience is desirable; freshers with exceptional skills are encouraged to apply.
