Job Description
Required part time arc welder for 1 or 2 days per week
Arc welder up to 1 year experience 2000 per day
Job is to weld 20 frames per day for a furniture manufacturing startup
Material: MS square tube, 12mm
Responsibilities:
Performing welding operations using the arc welding process
Reading and interpreting blueprints, sketches, or product specifications
Selecting and setting up welding equipment
Inspecting welds for accuracy and quality
Ensuring compliance with welding codes and safety standards
Maintaining and repairing welding equipment as needed
Collaborating with team members to complete projects on time
Skills:
Proven experience as a Arc Welder
Strong knowledge of arc welding techniques and equipment
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, sketches, or product specifications
Attention to detail and a focus on quality
Good understanding of welding codes and safety standards
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent problem-solving skills
Effective communication and collaboration abilities
Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
