Job Title: Relationship Manager / SM for Life Insurance Sales

Salary: ₹25,000 - ₹40,000 per month and more (depending on experience and qualifications) + Incentives
Job Summary:
The Relationship Manager / SM for Life Insurance Sales will be responsible for driving life insurance sales, acquiring new clients, and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers. The role is aimed at providing tailored insurance solutions to meet client needs and achieving sales targets in the Delhi region.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales and Business Development:
• Identify and engage potential clients for life insurance products.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the team’s overall goals.
• Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
• Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and gain insights into competitors.
2.Client Relationship Management:
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
• Understand client requirements and provide appropriate life insurance solutions.
• Regularly meet with clients for policy reviews and to address any service-related queries.
• Assist clients in the claims process and other service-related activities.
3. Advisory and Consultation:
• Provide expert advice on suitable life insurance plans based on the client’s financial needs and risk appetite.
• Explain the features, benefits, and pricing of different life insurance products.
• Guide clients through the documentation and policy issuance process.
4. Cross-Selling and Upselling:
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell other insurance products (e.g., health, motor).
• Upsell additional coverage or policy riders to enhance client protection.
5. Compliance and Reporting:
• Ensure that all sales activities comply with regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Submit regular sales reports and updates to the management team.
6. Collaboration and Teamwork:
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth policy issuance and customer service.
• Share market insights and customer feedback with the product development team.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferably in business, finance, or a related field).
• 2-5 years of experience in life insurance sales, financial services, or similar roles.
• Strong knowledge of life insurance products and the insurance market.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Self-driven, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
• IRDAI license or other insurance certifications will be an advantage (Not compulsory).
