Role Description:

We are seeking a motivated Relationship Manager to join our Mortgage Sales team. As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for mapping lanes/geographies, managing relationships with sources, maintaining sales reports, and enhancing customer relationships in the mortgage segment.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for regular mapping of assigned area/geography.

• Identify new sources and report progress to the reporting manager during team huddles.

• Manage relationships with assigned sources in the allocated area/geography.

• Keep sales and activity reports in prescribed formats.

• Maintain a daily diary of activities.

• Identify the need for appointment of channel partners as required.

• Attend daily team huddles as per the set process.

• Develop and maintain customer relationships to enhance customer experience.

• Ensure submission of complete application forms, documentations, and information.
