Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals, businesses, and corporate clients. Understand their financial goals and needs.
Financial Advisory:
Provide personalized financial advice and solutions, including investment options, insurance products, and banking services, to help clients achieve their financial objectives.
Portfolio Management:
Manage and grow a portfolio of clients, ensuring they receive a wide range of banking services, including loan, deposits, and wealth management products.
Cross-selling:
Identify opportunities to cross-sell various banking products and services, such as savings accounts, credit cards, mutual funds, and insurance, to meet clients’ financial needs.
Compliance and Documentation:
Ensure that all client accounts and transactions comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
Business Development:
Actively seek new clients through referrals, networking, and marketing initiatives to expand the customer base and achieve business targets.
Performance Monitoring:
Monitor the performance of clients’ investments and provide periodic updates and reviews. Adjust strategies as necessary to meet client goals.
Customer Service:
Provide excellent customer service by promptly addressing client queries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless banking experience.
