10:00 am - 7 pm | Monday to Saturday
Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will excel in managing client relationships, understanding client needs, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality service. You will be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, responsible for nurturing relationships and driving client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to understand their needs and objectives.
- Act as the main liaison between clients and the company, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues.
- Review their accounts and discuss opportunities for further collaboration.
- Client Retention and Growth:
- Implement strategies to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling company products or services.
- Monitor client feedback and address any concerns to improve overall client experience.
- Service Delivery:
- Oversee the delivery of services to clients, ensuring that commitments and deadlines are met.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure that client requirements are understood and fulfilled.
- Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare regular reports on client status, including satisfaction levels and potential areas for improvement.
- Analyze client data to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
- Market and Industry Knowledge:
- Stay informed about industry trends and changes to provide clients with relevant information and advice.
- Share market insights with clients to help them make informed decisions.
- Problem Solving:
- Address and resolve any client issues or complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Develop and implement solutions to prevent recurrence of problems.

- 12th Pass . Freshers can also apply
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
