We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Relationship Manager with a strong background in real estate Customer Relationship Management (CRM). The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in managing client relationships, addressing customer needs, and supporting the sales team to achieve targets. You will act as a key point of contact between the company and clients, ensuring high-quality service and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and real estate customers.
CRM Operations: Manage and update the CRM system to ensure accurate client data, track communication, and oversee post-sales activities.
Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless experience for prospective clients, from inquiry to property handover.
Customer Support: Address customer queries, complaints, and feedback in a timely and professional manner, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Sales Conversion: Assist in guiding clients through the property purchase process, providing necessary information about the project, financial aspects, and closing deals.
Reporting & Analytics: Generate reports to track customer interactions, sales funnel progress, and overall client engagement metrics.
Client Retention: Develop strategies to retain clients and upsell additional services or properties when appropriate.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience in real estate customer relationship management.
Strong knowledge of CRM tools (experience with industry-specific CRM software is preferred).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple client accounts and prioritize effectively.
Problem-solving mindset with a customer-centric approach.
Proven ability to meet deadlines and deliver results.
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
