Role Description

MedLiva is looking for a Registered Nurse to join our team in Bengaluru for full-time home care services. The nurse will provide expert care in a home setting, with options for 12-hour or 24-hour shifts based on client needs. Responsibilities include skilled nursing care, patient care coordination, medication administration, vital signs monitoring, and working closely with the healthcare team to ensure patient-quality outcomes.

Responsibilities:

Provide skilled nursing and patient care during 12-hour or 24-hour home care shifts
Administer medications and monitor vital signs
Implement individualized care plans for patients
Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure effective care delivery
Maintain excellent communication with patients, families, and the team
Exercise critical thinking and attention to detail in all care procedures

Qualifications:

Proficient in Skilled Nursing and Patient Care
Expertise in Medication Administration and Vital Signs Monitoring
Ability to work collaboratively with the Healthcare Team
Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills
Attention to Detail and Critical Thinking Abilities
Active RN License in Karnataka (required)
Experience in home care or a similar setting (preferred)
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related field (required)
