Job Description of Regional Sales
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Tender Management:
o Attend pre-bid meetings for all relevant tenders in the assigned region.
o Ensure timely submission of tender documents and compliance with all
tender requirements.
o Oversee the entire tender process, from document preparation to
submission and follow-up.
2. Government Relations:
o Obtain brand approvals from various government bodies for the assigned
territory.
o Establish and maintain strong relationships with government authorities
and consultants to gain necessary approvals and ensure smooth project
execution.
o Regularly visit respective government departments to maintain and
strengthen relationships.
3. Project Management:
o Manage project timelines, deliverables, and ensure compliance with project
specifications.
o Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping for each project to ensure
traceability and compliance with government regulations.
4. Communication and Coordination:
o Effectively communicate company policies, pricing strategies, and product-
related updates to government authorities, contractors, and internal teams.
o Coordinate with the internal project and legal teams to ensure the timely
delivery of required documents and information.
5. Relationship Management:
o Establish and maintain strong relationships with government contractors,
ensuring that they are kept up-to-date with company offerings and tender
opportunities.
o Develop and maintain relationships with channel partners, fostering
collaboration and supporting their sales efforts.
6. Channel Sales Development:
o Actively engage in developing and maintaining channel sales, ensuring that
regional sales targets are met.
o Provide support and training to channel partners to help them achieve their
sales objectives.
Key Qualifications:

closely with government authorities, contractors, and channel partners.
o Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple
tenders and projects simultaneously.
o Proficiency in handling documentation and ensuring compliance with
