Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment process for various job positions
Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and requirements
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies
Source and attract candidates through job portals, social media, and other channels
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
Manage recruitment budget and negotiate contracts with recruitment agencies
Coordinate and participate in job fairs and recruitment events
Lead a team of recruiters and provide guidance and support
Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations
Evaluate and optimize recruitment processes to improve efficiency
