Duties:
1. The candidate will source the candidates from Free job portals and apps.
2. Screen the candidates, and schedule their interviews.
3. Follow-up will the candidates and manage the entire recruitment cycle.
4. Candidate should be honest and hard working.

Responsibilities:
Coordinate with Hiring managers and understand the clients requirement.
Lead the creation of a recruiting and interviewing plan for each open position.
Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements, on Newsgroups and job boards.
Handle End to End Recruitment Cycle (sourcing, Screening, Interviewing) and Utilize best sourcing techniques to develop and shortlist candidate pool.
Conduct Phone Screens to qualify the candidates & assess their skills as per clients need in terms of candidate's suitability for attitude, academic, experience & communication skills.
Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers; interviewing applicants on consistent set of qualifications.
Keep your candidate in loop and take follow-up for interview coordination to till joining.
Formulating interview schedules, filling reports of candidate's status, recording their joining reports, tracking hiring reports, and maintaining resume database
To develop a deep understanding of the Staffing / Recruitment Industry processes and the Client Profile.
