Job Responsibilities:

Achieves staffing objectives by recruiting and evaluating job candidates; advising clients.
Establishes recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives and meeting with clients to discuss needs.
Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites; providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits; making presentations; and maintaining rapport.
Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.
Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements, contacting recruiters, and using newsgroups and job sites.
Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, verifying references, and comparing qualifications to job requirements.
Arranges management interviews by coordinating schedules; arranging travel, lodging, and meals; escorting applicant to interviews; and arranging community tours.
Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with clients and interviewing applicants on a consistent set of qualifications.
Avoids legal challenges by understanding current legislation, enforcing regulations with clients, recommending new procedures, and conducting training.
Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, and participating in professional organizations.
Accomplishes human resources and organization mission by completing related results as needed.

[Work Hours & Benefits] The working hours will be 10:00 AM through 7:00 PM from Monday through Saturday. This will start out as an internship during the initial 3 months during with on-job-training will be provided and readiness to move into the role of a fulltime employee (FTE) will be assessed. The stipend during internship will be INR 10000 a month. The compensation at the time of conversion will be decided then depending on the strength of the employee. Job location will be Nungambakkam in Chennai.

Recruiter Qualifications/Skills:

Graduate from any stream of Engineering and Post-Graduation from Tier 2/3 B-School will be preferred
Excellent logical reasoning, analytical and problem-solving skills and data orientation
Excellent communication in English (written and oral)
Computer literacy and ability to perform deep internet research
Rookie presentation skills (putting up a rough PPT on any topic)
Phone, Skype, and online meeting platform skills
Familiarity with relevant employment Law
Professionalism, organization, and project management skills
