Job Description

Compak Talent Advisory (CTA) is looking for intelligent, passionate and energetic recruiter to serve its clientele.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Achieves staffing objectives by recruiting and evaluating job candidates; advising clients.
  • Establishes recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives and meeting with clients to discuss needs.
  • Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites; providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits; making presentations; and maintaining rapport.
  • Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.
  • Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements, contacting recruiters, and using newsgroups and job sites.
  • Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, verifying references, and comparing qualifications to job requirements.
  • Arranges management interviews by coordinating schedules; arranging travel, lodging, and meals; escorting applicant to interviews; and arranging community tours.
  • Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with clients and interviewing applicants on a consistent set of qualifications.
  • Avoids legal challenges by understanding current legislation, enforcing regulations with clients, recommending new procedures, and conducting training.
  • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, and participating in professional organizations.
  • Accomplishes human resources and organization mission by completing related results as needed.

 

[Work Hours & Benefits] The working hours will be 10:00 AM through 7:00 PM from Monday through Saturday. This will start out as an internship during the initial 3 months during with on-job-training will be provided and readiness to move into the role of a fulltime employee (FTE) will be assessed. The stipend during internship will be INR 10000 a month. The compensation at the time of conversion will be decided then depending on the strength of the employee. Job location will be Nungambakkam in Chennai.

 

Recruiter Qualifications/Skills:

  • Graduate from any stream of Engineering and Post-Graduation from Tier 2/3 B-School will be preferred
  • Excellent logical reasoning, analytical and problem-solving skills and data orientation
  • Excellent communication in English (written and oral)
  • Computer literacy and ability to perform deep internet research
  • Rookie presentation skills (putting up a rough PPT on any topic)
  • Phone, Skype, and online meeting platform skills
  • Familiarity with relevant employment Law
  • Professionalism, organization, and project management skills
  • We would prefer the fresh graduates apply.
