Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team at Kalarava Child Development Centre. The ideal candidate will assist with cash and billing, schedule client appointments, handle phone calls, and address client concerns in a professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
* Greet and assist clients upon arrival, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.
* Manage cash transactions and assist with billing processes.
* Schedule and allot therapy slots for clients based on availability and requirements.
* Handle incoming calls, answer queries, and resolve any issues or concerns from clients in a timely manner.
* Maintain accurate records of appointments and payments.
* Collaborate with therapists and other staff to ensure smooth operation of the centre.
* Perform general administrative tasks as needed, including filing and data entry.
Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in administration are a plus.
* Proven experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in using scheduling and billing software.
